Anyone who knows me, knows that I used to work out all of the time. The thing is, I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, however much I wanted and I did the same work out routines day after day. After realizing that I wasn't seeing any results, I was quite disappointed. I had gotten discouraged and stopped working out (yes, the bad eating habits continued) for about 3 months and I started to gain weight and become even more unhappy with the way I felt and looked. Early one morning I decided that I wasn't going to put up with it anymore. I made the decision to switch up my workouts, and change to a healthier lifestyle. I've never looked or felt better about myself. You have to push yourself past the barrier, if you don't, you'll never progress.
