  • Contest Prep- I don't care for cardio...so I crank down my diet to make up for less time on the stairmaster. 6 meals a day. High protein, litte to NO fat. Unlimited green veggies, no dairy or fruits. Low carbs with occasional high carb days to off-set my cycle. At least a gallon of water!

Favorite Food Seasonings

I have a love affair going on with salt. Salt and Equal. I know, STEVIA is better for you, but I just love the taste of that beautiful blue packet. I salt and sweeten everything! My brocolli, eggs, even chicken. Dieting does crazy things to me!
