  • I eat 6-8 small meals a day. Consisting of healthy fats, protein (grilled chicken, flank steak, tilapia, 100 % Whey Gold Standard, eggs, tuna, salmon), green veggies (spinach, asparagus, leafy green salads, broc.), and carbs (brown rice, sweet pot., oatmeal).
  • My training for bikini is much different than it was for figure. I am training for an overall fit healthy look, not overly muscular or lean. My week looks like this back/bis, chest/tris, legs/shoulders, a bootcamp class, a yoga class, and cardio 4-5x a week.

IFBB Figure & Bikini Pro
I am an IFBB Bikini and Figure Pro. I turned pro in 2005 at the Jr. Nationals, and was fortunate to sign a contract with ON/ABB soon after winning my pro status and have been with them ever since! I am also a fitness model. I have been blessed to have landed the cover of, and been featured in, over a dozen fitness publications, including: Flex, Muscle and Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Fitness RX, Ironman, MuscleMag, etc...

I live in Dayton, OH with my husband, Blair Mone, boxer Pixie and cat Sasha.
