  • I crossfit about 3 times a week, and weight train 2-3 times a week. My cardio is mainly crossfit, but I will still hit the stairs or eliptical once or twice a week.
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal w Pro-Complex vanilla, tbs flax seed, coconut flakes, peanut butter and coconut milk. Snack: berries and nuts Lunch: Ground turkey breast, veggies and sweet potato Dinner: Steak or salmon, 1/2 cup spinach & sweet potato or brown rice

I am a crossfit competitor/model, Wakesurf Competitor & Makeup Artist. I enjoy snowboarding, wakesurfing, golfing, traveling and hangin' out with my friends. I started competitive sports around the age of 17 competing in top snowboarding competitions. I competed in slope style, big air and border cross competitions placing top in the women's pro snowboarding division. After doing snowboard competitions for a few years, my body started really taking some hard hits, so I decided to try a new sport which was figure & bikini. I competed in figure & bikini for a few years, and added crossfit in the mix as well. Crossfit soon became my passion and I had been competing in local crossfit competitions for the last 6 years. I just started competing in wakesurfing competitions and recently took 1st at the 2017 World Wakesurfing Competition!!

My training currently is high intensity crossfit along with weight training and surfing several days a week. I like to mix both together because it keeps me fit and it's still a lot of fun for me! I believe that you can still be fit and look great while doing the things you love to do.
