National Physique Competitor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Model & Actor
Hi, My name is Frank Fata and I am an NPC Physique competitor, Fitness Model and Personal trainer.

Before becoming a fitness model and Personal Trainer, I worked as an auto technician for various car companies such as, Ford, Mazda, Subaru and BMW. I achieved highest level of certification for all manufacturers. On the side of fixing cars, I did acting for fun. It was something my parents got me into as a child and I fell in love with it ever since. Unfortunately, acting wasn't paying the bills so I had to continue my day job as an auto tech. Little did I know, that a new love would fall into my lap, the world of Fitness.

Working out has always been a part of my life since the age of 16. Like most teenagers, I joined a local gym with some of my buddies and started following the routines of regular gym goers. My goal was similar to most people just starting out, "Get Big"
As the years went by, I started to fall deeper into the fitness world. I started reading articles everyday on weights, nutrition and supplementation. I even started eating healthier and making my own food instead of turning to fast food options. As my knowledge grew heavier, I decided to become ISSA certified at the age of 30. This was when I realized that fitness was more than just getting big. It was about mind, body and soul, and how great a healthy lifestyle can be. Shortly after getting certified, I joined the NPC and started competing. It's a great feeling to transform your body into something better each show. I currently work with hundreds of clients a month, and help them achieve their desired goals. There is no better feeling then seeing and receiving the love from people I've helped over the years and how hard they worked to transform their bodies. This has all been a dream come true for me.

My True strength comes from growing up on the streets. My parents split when I was a kid and my dad was always working so I had no choice but to learn how to take care of myself. Weights have always been like therapy to me. When I have a bad day or need to ease my mind, I just throw my headphones on and pump some Iron. I learned at an early age the importance of believing in myself. You can do anything if you put your mind to it.

My advice to anyone trying to reach their goals would be to have your goals written down so you can track your progress. Always prep in advance and don't rush your Results. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your body. The biggest piece of advice that I always give to my clients is, Never give up. Once you see the amazing results, you won't ever look back again.
