Regimen
  • I eat 6-7 meals per day. I try to get 3-4 meals from solid foods, and 2-3 meals from supplemental ON protein shakes. I stick to lean sources of protein such as chicken breast, ground turkey, tilapia, and sirloin steak.
  • I weight train 5x/week, and cardio as needed. Typically my split looks like this... Day1:Chest/calves Day2:Hamstrings/biceps Day3:Shoulders/core Day4:REST Day5:Legs/calves Day6:Back/triceps Day7:REST.

Bio
I am a Chiropractor and an NPC nationally ranked bodybuilder. I have been competing for about 10 years. I have an incredible passion for training...any kind of training. Just as long as I am working towards a goal.


I began working out when I was in college. I immediately became fascinated how the body responds to stress and stimulus. This led me towards the health and fitness fields while in school. I went on to get my minor in nutritional counseling, B.S. in Kinesiology, and finally my doctorate in chiropractic.


Now that I'm a part of Team ON, I hope to share my knowledge and experience with you all to help you reach your fitness goals!
