Regimen
  • Warm-Up: 3-4 rounds of shadow boxing.
  • Timed Circuit: Pull ups, Push ups, and Sit ups followed by 4-6 miles of interval running.
  • Cross-Fit Workout: 10 to 30 snatches wtih 52.8 Lb Kettlebell followed by a 1/4 mile sprint X 4-10 sets without rest.
  • Cool Down: Treadmill, Shadow Boxing, Switching Foot Position between Jogging Forward/Side-to-Side/Backwards.
  • Boxing Day: 4-6 mile run in the morning. 6-12hrs later warms up with 2-4 rounds of shadow boxing, 4-10 rounds of sparring with a partner, and 2-6 rounds of bag (heavy, speed, or double-end) or mitt work.

Bio
I have an 18 year background in law enforcement and I started boxing 25 years ago. I fought as an amateur for the Gary Police Athletic League (P.A.L) while in college. I then began fighting in the 'Supercop' Boxing Championship tournament and won 3 title belts. In 2009, I made my debut as a professional super middle weight boxer and am currently undefeated. In August 2012 I won the WSBC Light Heavyweight title at the Horseshoe Casino. I have 5 young boys whom I love to spend time with. I keep myself in top physical shape at all times and stay within 15
pounds of my fight weight.
