Off Season: CF 5-6 times a week and stairs once a week for 20-30 min. On Season: CF 4-5 times a week, stairs 5 times a week for 30-45 min.

I am a NPC Bikini competitor and crossfit enthusiast. I enjoy snowboarding, wakeboarding, golfing, traveling and movies. I competed in figure competitions for a few years, but ever since bikini came out, I have been in love with it!
