IFBB Bikini Competitor
I found fitness after breaking my foot back in 2012 in a lifeguard IRB accident. I was unhealthy and unfit and was sure that if I was more fit I could have avoided injury. I started training in the gym and fell in love with lifting weights and how it shaped my body. After losing 10kg and training for 1 year I needed something to work towards - my first bikini competition. In 2014 I stepped on stage and took 2nd place which started my passion for the sport.
Since then I have won multiple shows in New Zealand and competed internationally at the Arnold Classic Australia where I recently took 5th place! I am now working towards earning my Pro Card to take my bodybuilding career to a whole new level. Being in this sport has taught me discipline and perseverance that I apply to the rest of my life. I believe that if you set your mind to something and work hard enough, the results will show.
