Dentist, Fitness Model, Men's Physique Pro
I am Curtis Fitzgerald Pressley and I have a lot to which I am thankful. My success in athletics started at a young age. I had the opportunity of earning a full track & field scholarship at the University of South Carolina. At SC, I earned academic and athletic All-American honors. In 1999, I was the junior national champion in the 400m dash. I also had the opportunity to represent United States of America at the Jr. Pan-American Games in the 400m. Being able to represent my country in international competition was one my proudest moments in my life.
Following an All-American collegiate track & field career at South Carolina, I went on to graduate from The Medical University of SC and I now work as a general dentist outside Houston, TX. I have been competing in physique since 2012 and started in the NPC after a friend recommended to me that I should give it a shot. I did well in the NPC, placing several times in the top eight at various national contests. In 2015, I earned my pro card in physique in the Naturally Fit Federation. I have always had a passion for fitness and living healthy.
Through my successes and opportunities in life, I have been blessed with an awesome platform. With that platform comes responsibility. One of my favorite things to do is speaking to and motivating youth to lead a healthy lifestyle early on in life. My many experiences in life in athletics as well as in academics has taught me the value of integrity, honesty, hard work, dedication to excellence, and sacrifice. I am looking forward to making big waves in the fitness industry as an ambassador for Optimum Nutrition and I am grateful for the opportunity.
