IFBB Men's Physique Pro
I am an IFBB Men’s Physique Professional athlete. I am also a certified trainer, online prep and nutrition coach, and fitness director at Gold’s Gym. My passion and love for fitness and athletics began as a child growing up in New Jersey. I graduated as 3 sport athlete from Manalapan High School in 2000. After graduating high school, I enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard. I later pursued my football career at William Paterson University 2001-03. I earned recognition as an All-Conference and Region linebacker during my first 2 seasons with the University. In 2004 my football career was cut short as I was activated to fight in Operation Iraqi Freedom III. During my service in Iraq, I used fitness as an escape from my present environment and to relieve stress. I developed a huge passion for working out and got certified through NESTA. Upon my return back home I worked as a certified personal trainer and furthered my education becoming NASM and ISAA certified in 2006. In 2009 I moved to North Carolina to further my career as the Director of Fitness for Gold’s Gym of the Carolinas.
In 2011, the bodybuilding world started a new category “Men’s Physique” that sparked my interest and I pursued the challenge. I entered the Gold’s Classic, placing first overall. From that moment on I set a goal to become an IFBB Pro. I competed in nine national shows from 2011-2013. I placed in the top ten 8 times; top five 6 times. Finally my goal of becoming IFBB Pro was reached November 23, 2013 at the NPC Nationals in Florida, placing 2nd in my class.
I am determined and excited to make a strong presence in the IFBB. I love competing and enjoy the effect it has on others. I pride myself and set high standards every time I step on stage. I try to inspire others; constantly encouraging and motivating others to set fitness goals through proper nutrition and fitness resulting in good health.
