  • NANCY: 5 rounds of 400 Meters, 15 x 95lb Overhead Squat. *For Time*
  • FRAN: 21-15-9 (reps of each exercise), 3 Rounds: 95lb Thruster, Pull-ups
  • ANNIE: 100 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, 100 Sit-ups, 100 Squats
  • JACKIE: Row 1000 Meters, 50 x 45lb Thruster, 30 Pullups *For Time*
  • Crossfit Workout of the Day aka (WOD)
  • OPTI-WOMEN, 2 FISH OIL, L-Carnitine, Stress B Complex + C
  • Breakfast : 4 eggwhites, 1 whole egg omlet with mixed vedggies, 1 apple, 1 tsp Almond butter
  • Turkey Meatloaf Muffin + 1 cup Veggies
  • Mega Fat Burners x2
  • 4.5 oz Fish or Chicken + green salad w/ tomatoes & cucumbers 1tsp EVOO or almonds
  • 1 scoop Egg Protein or Meal #2 again
  • 4 oz steak + veggies OR a big mixed salad
  • ZMA
  • every 2 minutes for 20 minutes Complete: 7 x 95 lb thrusters, 7 burpees, 100 meter sprint
  • Squats : use 1 Rep Max to determine %: 1x5 @ 65%, 1x3 @ 75%, 1x1 @ 85%, 1x1 @ 90%
  • 12 Min Every Min On the Min of: 1x Snatch @ 75% of 1 rep max

My passion for fitness started in high school, as I was a competitive cheerleader and track athlete. I knew when I took strength training as an elective my freshman year and was one of the strongest girls in my class, I had found something I really enjoyed and wanted to continue to get better at. After high school, at age 20 I began competing in Figure competitions. I fell in love with the lifestyle and the thrill of stepping onstage. I won several local 1st place titles and then moved into the National Level where I competed for 5 years. During that time I also coached other bodybuilders, figure competitors and bikini athletes into 1st place titles.
In 2011 I was blessed with the opportunity to be a sponsored athlete with the supplement company, Optimum Nutrition. I travel all over the US representing the company including the Arnold Sports Festival, The Olympia, Europa Super Show and many more.
Around the same time, in 2011 is when I discovered Crossfit! I quickly became addicted to the constant challenge. So, I hung up my figure suit and began pursing my passion for becoming a better athlete and helping others along the way. I attained my Crossfit level 1 cert in 2012 and started coaching at CrossFitLKN in North Carolina.

Helping people achieve their fitness goals, big or small is really what I am all about. I have experience in helping people with general fitness, weight loss, competitive coaching as well as athletic training, including Olympic Style weightlifting. I furthered my education in 2012 and took my USAW level 1 cert so that I could more effectively teach others proper form and technique.
I'm here to help you gain strength, endurance, and mobility as well as confidence and the body/ fitness level you desire! I'll motivate you and push you to challenge yourself in order to reach those goals!

Figuring your Figures

Thanks you guys!! I guess it could be more mental that anything... Ive been under 10% bf for MONTHS! By body just couldn't hang on any longer and seeing the changes in the mirror so quickly is just a shocker! I have a bad feeling that I may have a touch of adrenal fatigue and/or some Hypothyroidism going on. It's almost expected..9 months non stop takes a toll on the body. :( It's comforting to know I'm not the only one who freaks after a show(or 3) lol! I double check my eating habits & track every bite on and make sure it all adds up. I admit I haven't stuck to a specific diet 100% but that the joy of off season right? Changing things up. Yes, I totally understand water follows sodium & glycogen which could account for up to at least 5 lbs. Think I am going to get myself checked out just in case and stick to my current plan and like u said Ben, just make changes as necessary.
