CrossFit Athlete & Fitness Model
Hello, I am a Mom, health & wellness Ambassador, Athlete, USMC Veteran, Spokesmodel and Motivational Speaker. I spent 8 years as an active duty United States Marine, and got out as a Staff Sergeant. While on active duty I played on the All Marine Softball Team and also went on the play on the All Armed Forces Softball Team which are 15 women recruited from all branches of services to play in National ASA Softball Championship. I love to be active with my son, train heavy in the gym and always continuing to challenge myself.

When I am not training I also am a full time college student and full time home school mom. I cannot take any credit for the accomplishments to date, I have to give all the credit to my God, the King of all Kings! Through Christ I am capable, and if it is in His plans I will accomplish it.

What is your Motivation

I was just curious to see what Motivates everyone each day? I know most of us have an overall goal of stay fit and healthy, but I can speak for myself that somedays are easier than others! I try each day to remind myself what my goal is and what the alternative would be! I have been in a few "bad or tough" places in my life and my new found love for the gym takes me to a whole new place. A place of self control and strength. "Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out." Robert Collier ~That quote pretty much sums it all up for me! Each day I wake up I try to be a better person than who I went to bed as! So please share what MOTIVATES you?? Stephanie Toomey Barber

Muscle groups

I train legs at least twice if not a third if i split it with Ham/Glutes and Quads! Shoulders twice and everything else blast once!
