Bio
I believe that accomplishments are a blend of hard work, dedication and the constant pursuit to make one's self better.  This can be applied to others on a personal level, as we all have an inner reservoir of strength.  You just have to learn how to tap into it.  This can be accomplished by pushing one's self beyond barriers and limits.  My success in bodybuilding is a culmination of time, pressure and mental focus.  Strength in mind transmits to strength in body.


These principals have made me into a Natural National Level Bodybuilder, and National Level Men's Physique athlete. I have been able to compete and place at events such as Junior Nationals in 2009 and Team Universe 2010 and 2012.


These same principals and work ethic have also helped me to achieve my degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.  By working in private practice I am able to help treat and educate patients on proper lifting form and bio mechanics.  Helping athletes recover through injury and returning them to competition is a very mentally-rewarding accomplishment. I have been able to treat athletes ranging from the entry level the whole way up to the professional ranks.


The balance in my life revolves around the home, and I am blessed to have a wife and three boys.  Their activity level and interest in sports make me realize that they also have picked up on a powerful work ethic and mental toughness. They are my true inspiration, and they are the very core of my inner stability.
